TiniWash — Return & Refund Policy

30-DAY FREE RETURNS
We stand behind every TiniWash device. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

HOW TO RETURN
1. Email support@tiniwash.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at any USPS or UPS location.
4. Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.

ELIGIBILITY
• Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Item must be in original or like-new condition with all accessories included.
• Damaged items due to misuse are not eligible for a full refund but may qualify for a partial refund at our discretion.

EXCHANGES
If you received a defective or damaged unit, we will replace it at no cost. Email support@tiniwash.com with a photo of the issue and we'll ship a replacement immediately.

REFUND METHOD
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank (typically 3–5 business days after we initiate the refund).
