FREE US SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

DELIVERY TIME
• Standard Shipping (Free): 2–4 business days after dispatch
• Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

TRACKING
Every order includes free tracking. Check your status anytime at tiniwash.com/pages/track-order or via the link in your confirmation email.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping options may be added in the future.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact support@tiniwash.com within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
